FAQs
Questions, answered.
I've never done reformer Pilates. Where should I start?
+
Start with our Beginner class — it's designed specifically for new clients and moves at a calmer pace. After 3 beginner classes (or 2 private sessions) you're ready to join our Group classes.
What should I wear to class?
+
Comfortable, fitted athletic wear you can move in. Grip socks are required on the reformer — bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio.
How early should I arrive?
+
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your first class so we can show you around the studio and get you set up on the reformer.
Can I book a private session?
+
Absolutely. Private, duo, and semi-private sessions are available by request — please text 217-671-0891 to schedule.
What's your cancellation policy?
+
Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before class to avoid losing your session. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full class rate.
Is Pilates safe if I have an injury?
+
Reformer Pilates is low-impact and highly modifiable, but please talk to us before booking if you're recovering from an injury so we can recommend the right class or a private session.
